LABOR DOULA PACKAGE 

I provide the following services on an individual basis as well as together in the Labor Doula Package:

 

  • Labor Doula Service

  • Childbirth Education Classes

  • Private Prenatal Yoga Classes

  • New mom support circles/"mommy & me" classes

  • Lactation Support

  • Birth Photography

 

  • Complimentary in-person consultation

 

  • 2 Prenatal visits to discuss your individual needs and preferences, address questions and concerns, and preparations for labor and birth

 

  • Help writing your birth plan

 

  • Help finding the right care provider if necessary

 

  • Generous phone and email time to answer your questions about birth and baby preparation, for emotional support, and to increase your comfort during all stages of pregnancy

 

  • 24 hour on-call support as your estimated due date approaches

 

  • Continuous presence throughout your birth and for 1-2 hours thereafter

 

  • Photography at or after your birth with your prior agreement

 

  • Breastfeeding support immediately following your birth and continued daily phone support

 

  • A follow up postpartum visit

 

CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION COURSE PACKAGE

  • 3 (1) hour long, private, prenatal childbirth education classes for expecting parents in the comfort of your home

 

  • Course includes written material, videos, and hands on instruction

 

  • Help writing or finalizing birth plan
